UPDATE: I just want to say I have travelled all over the world, the people of Nepal are some of the most genuine, caring people you could meet. Including the tractor driver who gave me a lift up the mountain, the morning after feeling fragile from a night of local wine. I say all this, to say these amazing people are going through a lot right now, so if any of you can support in anyway I know they would really appreciate it.
